Step 12: drill a 3/8-inch horizontal hole through the sleeve and blind side conduit 15 inches from the bottom of the sleeve. repeat the process with the other three sleeves. step 13: pull the blind sides out of the sleeves and drill two 3/8-inch holes at 1 1/2-inch intervals from first hole on the blind side conduit at all three blind side ends. I’m looking for plans to build a blind for my lund 14′ v. i want to use the fastgrass mats. i would like the top to be able to fold down to shot.i’m assuming conduit is easiest to use but i can’t find plans online for a good one..
conduit boat blind plans The blind is about 12 and half feet long so i needed to splice two pieces together and i used some 1 inch conduit for that. for the pvc supports i found if you cut them a little under half way that they will snap on to the conduit and the top of my boat and stays put.. Since my duck boat is only 12 foot, i am considering making my own frame out of 1/2 and 3/4 inch conduit. just would like everyones opinion as far as a scissor blind or a piano style blind. or any construction of blind material that has worked for the diyer's out there. thanks in advance!.
